Questions
Before you ask
/If yours isn't here, ask us directly.
01What is the free check?
We look at your business the way a customer would: your Google listing, website and social profiles. Then we send you a short, plain-language summary of what works and what's getting in the way. There's no obligation to work with us.
02How much does a project cost?
It depends on what you need. After the check, we send a written proposal with a fixed price and a timeline. You only pay for the scope you approve.
03How long does it take?
Small fixes, such as a Google listing or an online menu, can be quick. A full website takes longer. Your proposal states the timeline, and you can follow progress in your client portal.
04Do I need a whole new website?
Not always. Sometimes the biggest improvement is a correct Google listing, a readable menu or a working booking link. We'll tell you what we'd change first and why.
05Can I update the website myself?
Yes. We set things up so you can change text, photos, prices and opening hours yourself, and we show you how. If you'd rather we did it, that's what website care is for.
06Who owns the website and domain?
You do. Your domain and your content belong to your business, and we make sure you have access to them.
07Do you guarantee a top ranking on Google?
No, and nobody honestly can. We make sure your business is listed correctly and completely, and that your website gives search engines and customers what they need. Be careful with anyone who promises a guaranteed position.
08What is the client portal?
A private area where you can follow your project, approve designs and deliverables, download files, see invoices and raise requests. Each client sees only their own work.
