What we collect

When you use our contact or quote form we keep what you send: your name, email, and anything else you choose to include, such as your phone number, business name and message. We also keep a non-reversible, daily-changing code derived from your network address to stop spam. We don't store the address itself.

To understand how people find this website, we count page views without cookies. For each page we record the page, the website you came from, any campaign tags in the link, the kind of device and your country. To count visitors we use a code derived from your network address and browser that changes every day and can't be turned back into either; we don't store the address. If your browser sends Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track, we don't count your visit at all. While a browser tab is open, it remembers where your visit started so that, if you send us an enquiry, we know which channel it came from. That memory is cleared when you close the tab.

When we research businesses we may record publicly available business information, such as a business's name, address, public phone number, website and listing details, together with where and when it was found.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and, if you ask us to, prepare a proposal.
• To deliver and support work for our clients.
• To contact businesses about services that may help them, with a clear way to opt out.

We don't sell personal information.

Opting out

Every outreach email includes an unsubscribe link. Once you use it, or ask us not to contact you, your address goes on our suppression list and our systems block further messages to it.

Keeping it safe

Access is limited to the people at Malfen who need it, and changes to records are logged. Discovery data that we haven't reviewed is deleted after 30 days.
